In college, while others were trying to figure out how to pay off student loans and where they would work the next five years of their life, Kris was paving a path to achieve financial freedom through real estate.
By the time he finished his undergraduate at Brigham Young University, Kris had purchased his 12th property, formed a number of successful investment companies, and had developed a true passion for real estate investing.
As he searched and searched for the best strategy, he tried every type of real estate investing available — rentals, flips, foreclosures, you name it. After hundreds of hours of research and much trial and error, Kris developed his own unique investment strategy, which he now calls the “Strait Path™ investment system.” Within a few short years, Kris acquired more than 50 homes with this carefully-crafted system. Today, Kris personally owns more than 400 homes (and that number continues to grow).
Throughout this entire process, Kris knew that he could help friends, family and many others find the same success. Word spread and his success became known. After numerous pleas for guidance, Kris started on his journey to assist others invest in real estate in 2006. He founded Real Estate Investment Companies (REIC) in 2007 to serve more people.
Since then, he has helped hundreds of REIC investors make profits in real estate, transacting over 80 million dollars in real estate and investing in over 700 homes by the end of 2009.
Kris has also founded a series of complementary companies in order to supply the community with a power team of experts and a constant supply of the best investments on earth. Through this entire network, REIC has blossomed and is now impacting thousands of individuals throughout the country.
Real estate is only part of Kris’s passion, though. Kris has a passion for self-improvement, for teaching others about gaining true prosperity and harmonizing all aspects of your life to create this success. Clients that meets with Kris leaves his office motivated to improve the physical, spiritual, intellectual and relational aspects of their lives in order to be financially liberated. Kris helps each client discover his or her “Soul Purpose” and integrate that into a personalized financial game plan.
